Lost In Spain

8th Jan 2014

One of the best parts of my job is the adventure of getting from one chocolate supplier location to another.  Many of the chocolatiers I visit are not located near airports or railway stations, so the best way to meet with them is to drive to them.  Sometimes this means getting lost along the route.  But I have discovered that some of the most memorable parts of any trip is when I get lost.   The experience of making friends with people you wouldn't normally meet is very rewarding.

So if you have the time, I fully recommend getting lost on a trip at least for a day or two.  Take the less traveled route and see what's there.  This photo was taken near Lekeitio Spain while I was lost.
