Directions
- Pulse dates in blender until they are chopped.
- Mix spices and matcha together, then add along with chia seeds, sliced almonds and the vanilla extract to the chopped dates. Mix until well blended.
- Take small scoops of blended mixture and roll into preferred sized balls.
- Temper dark chocolate, then roll or dip the bites into the tempered dark chocolate.
- Toss in granulated almonds before chocolate coating sets, or garnish as preferred.
