How long will chocolate last?

It always depends on the chocolate. Look under the product details of the individual product in question for more information.

In general, when stored at 60 F and 50% humidity, the following chocolates will last:

  1. Solid Chocolates such as couvertures or bars: 1 year
  2. California Collection of fruits, nuts, caramel, toffee and butter creams: 6 months
  3. Truffles: 4 months
  4. Truffles in 75 piece packs: 4 weeks
