Coconut Allergen Statement
The ''other nuts'' allergen on the TDS of item Organic Coconut Blossom refers to the presence of coconut sugar in the ingredients list. Coconut is not considered as an allergen in our allergen program summary since coconut sugar does not contain the allergenic protein fraction; the source of coconut sugar is sap from coconut flower and not the nut by itself. Therefore, we do not consider coconut sugar as an allergen and we will not make any allergenic claim for this ingredient.
