Santa Barbara Chocolate does not treat its products with ionizing radiation as stated in legislation, such as directive 1999/2/EC. Also, to the best of our knowledge, none of the raw materials used in Santa Barbara Chocolate products have been treated with such ionizing radiation, as confirmed in our supplier and material approval process.
