Santa Barbara Chocolate does not use in their production sites of Europe, Switzerland and North America:
- Any milk product imported from China;
- Any melamine contaminated milk product.
Furthermore, Santa Barbara Chocolate does not use directly or indirectly any melamine in its products and complies with the European maximum limit for foods of 2.5 mg/kg as defined in the Commission Regulation (EC) No 1135/2009 of November 25, 2009 imposing special conditions governing the import of certain products originating in or consigned from China.
