Milk Pasteurization Statement
The milk ingredients used are made from pasteurized cow’s milk as per standards of identity of Dry Whole Milk (whole milk powder), non-fat dry milk (skim milk powder) and cream from which milk fat is derived (US 21 CFR131.125, 131.147, 131.150 & CA B.08.001, B.08.013, B.08.014).
Ingredients have been pasteurized to at least 72°C for at least 15 seconds.
