Ensuring continued product quality and food safety to customers is our prime concern at Santa Barbara Chocolate Co.
We strive to hold our commitment to use only the finest ingredients. These are listed in full on the product specification or the product label of all our products.
Our Fair Trade/Organic Dark Chocolate Couverture (all %) can be considered suitable for vegan diet since no animal-based ingredients are used in the manufacturing processes. However, please be aware that these products are manufactured in a facility that handles milk and dairy products and that we have not applied to any Vegan Certification Program.
