Let's make Chocolate Sauce!
Take a microwave safe glass and fill it with:
Then pour in heavy cream or whole milk into the glass, filling the open space not occupied by chocolate. It will look like this:
Microwave at 50% power and stir frequently. Serve once melted, hot and well emulsified.
This is the BEST chocolate sauce ever. Add more milk to make it more fluid or to ensure it stays fluid when poured on ice cream (lower cream / milk content will make it a magic shell style coating, higher milk will make it fluid). Medium cream content will keep the sauce thick and will as a result be a hot fudge sauce.
