Dark Chocolate Protein Balls Recipe

Pitted Dry Dates:

Sliced Almonds:

Vanilla Extract:

Matcha Green Tea Powder:

Ground Cardamom:

Dark Chocolate:

Granulated Almonds:

As needed

Directions

  1. Pulse dates in blender until they are chopped.
  2. Mix spices and matcha together, then add along with chia seeds, sliced almonds and the vanilla extract to the chopped dates. Mix until well blended.
  3. Take small scoops of blended mixture and roll into preferred sized balls.
  4. Temper dark chocolate, then roll or dip the bites into the tempered dark chocolate.
  5. Toss in granulated almonds before chocolate coating sets, or garnish as preferred.
