Recipe SANTA BARBARA CHOCOLATE CHIA PUDDING:
Serves 2 people (you can double quantity for more cups)
1. Mix the chia seeds, coconut milk, almond milk, vanilla extract, cocoa powder and syrup in a bowl until well combined.
2. Let sit for 5 minutes, then give it another mix before placing it covered in the fridge for 1 hour.
3. Remove from fridge and mix in the cacao nibs and dark chocolate chips.
Serve with nuts, coconut flakes or more chocolate.
