My only complaint would be more ice packs in the to bag. It was extremely hot when my chocolate was delivered. I had asked for delivery to my my door, but of course they delivered it to my lock box. Fortunately I was waiting for it, and caught it 10 minutes after it was delivered, but the 1 ice pack was totally warm. Thank goodness the chocolate was perfect , not at all melted. I will definitely be ordering from now on. I will be needing cocoa powder soon. Thank you for providing such a high quality product!!

It's hard to find chocolate without soy. Not only is this chocolate delicious, it is organic AND contains no soy. Yay! A chocolate I can enjoy without soy. The order process was easy and the chocolate came packed in ice so it didn't melt. A great experience all around. Thank you!

    Top Tier Chocolate

Santa Barbara Chocolate continues to impress me with their products and customer service. The 73% Vietnam Origin Extra Dark is an amazing chocolate. It has a rich, intense flavor with floral notes, leather, citrus, and a very creamy mouth feel. The chocolate tempers easily, and the flavors and aromas inherent to this product work well with other ingredients. So far, I am really pleased with the Vietnam Origin and will continue to experiment with using this intense chocolate in my artisan dark chocolate business.

If You Enjoy Bitter Chocolate, This One is For You!

This is a really complex chocolate. It's fruity and yet bold in flavor. It has a bitter, almost smoky finish. My husband loves this chocolate.
