Chocolate Bourbon Balls Recipe



In a sauce pan on medium heat stir cream and butter until it barely boils. Remove from heat and stir in 8oz Organic Dark Chocolate and 8oz Belgian Milk Chocolate until melted. Stir in 1.5oz Whisky. Pour into bowl and chill for 1-2 hours until firm.

In a microwave or double boiler, temper 16oz of Organic Dark Chocolate for dipping. Remove bowl from refridgerator. Scoop mixture with a spoon and roll into balls the size of a nickel. Dip into tempered chocolate fully coating the balls. Carefully place onto parchment paper in rows and allow to set-up. Once hardened, place them into a large ziplock bag containing 4oz of Rainforest Red Cocoa Powder and roll around gently until fully dusted.
