Chocolate Pizza Brownie

An easy chocolate pizza recipe with the benefit and better choice of a crispy brownie as the base crust. This is a gourmet dessert option when compared to the typical chocolate pizza where an actual pizza crust is used. The brownie base is congruent with the idea of a real dessert and from our in house tests, preferred by all age groups.

Keep in mind this can be an alternative option to a birthday cake because it is that good! It is easier to bake and memorable because most people have not seen anything like this before. It is a great idea to serve as a dessert at a pizza party or summer picnic. A cold glass of milk and a fresh cut dessert slice is heaven.

Chocolate Pizza Base Ingredients:

  • 11 oz cacao powder
  • 5 oz Wheat Flour
  • 5 oz Refined Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 7 oz Butter

Instructions for the chocolate pizza base

  • Microwave the butter for 30 seconds or until is melted (set aside)
  • In a mixing pan, add 4 eggs and refined sugar (Mix until smooth). Add the butter (melted), cacao powder and stir until completely mixed.
  • Add the wheat flour and mix until consistent and smooth.
  • Preheat oven at 350F, and bake for 30 min.

Topping decoration you can do as you please, use your creativity. In my case I used white chocolate, dark chocolate ganache, sprinkles chocolate and coconut flakes.
